What ZenLLM collects

ZenLLM collects account details, benchmark and contact-form submissions, website analytics identifiers, and customer-facing usage and cost telemetry needed to operate the service.

Standard ingest focuses on usage and cost metadata rather than raw prompt text or completion text by default.

Assessment and contact flows collect business contact information such as name, work email, company, and message or benchmark context.

Website analytics use browser-generated visitor and session identifiers to measure page views and onboarding activity.

How ZenLLM uses and shares information

ZenLLM uses information to run the service, authenticate users, support onboarding, process billing, deliver customer-facing emails, and improve website and product flows.

The live customer-facing stack uses Google Cloud Run, Firebase Hosting, Firebase Authentication, Google Secret Manager, Stripe, and SendGrid.
